Roles and responsibilities

The club is run by a Committee of up to eight members, supported by a number of assistants - all volunteers

The Committee

Steers the committee and acts as a focus for initiatives at the club

Manages the finances of the club

Manages all other administration of the club

Runs everything to do with the actual playing of Bridge at the club

Responsible for all aspects of the club house, from fire drills to cleaning

Up to three - one elected, two may be co-opted. They may well have roles assigned!

Non-Committee Roles

These are roles carried out by club volunteers who are not committee members

Handles membership requests and enquiries, and keeps the membership lists up to date..

Training

We regularly offer industry-relevant training programs and workshops. Our certified instructors have many years of experience in their specialist area and enjoy sharing their expert knowledge with their students.
